We recommend applying a wood-safe wax, such as etúHOME’s Rosemary and Sage Board Wax, every few months or whenever the wood feels dry to the touch. This will maintain its deep luster and natural resistance. Avoid leaving the tray in areas of high humidity or direct contact with water.

Co-founder Lindsey and her team were incredibly attentive, responsive and supportive in helping me replace the tray I’d previously received with scratches. The new one was absolutely flawless, and is truly gorgeous. I don’t have much bathroom counter space but it really elevates a vase of flowers :)

Similar to another reviewer, the tray arrived with lots of light scratches and scuffs on the top surface, despite the careful packaging. It will still serve its purpose but it’s not an inexpensive item so ideally it would arrive in perfect condition. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful design and the wood is very solid with a lovely tone.
