Please contact our team within 30 days of your delivery date at info@lavantco.com or 1-833-452-8268 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PST), and we’ll guide you through the next steps for a return, exchange, or store credit.

Easy Returns, Your Way

We offer two simple return options:

  • Prepaid Return Label

    Request a prepaid FedEx return label by emailing info@lavantco.com. Simply print the label and drop your package at your nearest FedEx location. A $11.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Ship It Yourself

    You’re welcome to return your item(s) using your preferred carrier. Please ensure your package is prepaid and insured.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our team once your request is initiated.

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
