How do I join?

Easy! Just click on the "Join Now" button at the top of this page to create your account and get 100 points for joining.  Then start earning points for every purchase.

How do I earn points?

You earn points for every purchase at lavantcollective.com. There's no limit to how many points you can earn! You also get an annual birthday reward from us (don't forget to add your birthday to your account!).

How do I redeem points?

You can redeem points on this page when logged in (the account tab to login is at the top of this page!). Once logged in, go to this rewards page and select the "REDEEM NOW" button.  You'll see your points balance and eligible rewards for redemption.

Can I combine points with another discount code?

Unfortunately, no. Discount codes cannot be stacked.

When do points get added to my account?

Points are automatically added to your account once your order is fulfilled. 

Do my points expire?

Points expire one year after date earned.
