What is the CLEAN Subscription Program?
The CLEAN Subscription provides hassle free and convenient ordering of your favorite cleaning products. Set it and forget it. Have your selected products delivered straight to your door and get up to 15% off as well as free shipping with orders over $50 with every delivery. This program is completely customizable - you pick your products, choose how often you would like to have them delivered, and we do the rest.
How does the CLEAN Subscription Program work?
You can order one product or your entire cleaning basket. Choose the product(s) you want and never worry about running out of your favorite cleaning products again. They will conveniently land at your doorstep right when you need them. Adding/removing products is simple. Just visit the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab in your account.
How do I join the CLEAN Subscription Program?
We are on a mission to make bringing non-toxic and sustainable cleaning products into your home EASY! In the drop down of the specific product you want to subscribe you can select quantity and frequency. That simple step gets you are started on the Clean Program!
How often can I get my CLEAN Subscription?
If you are like Kristi and cleaning up every hour - you get your subscription every 6 weeks. If you are like Lindsay, and spray down surfaces less often than the CDC recommends - you get your subscription every 12 weeks. Our program is completely customizable so that you choose every 6 weeks, every 8 weeks up or 12 weeks!
How do I make changes to my CLEAN subscription?
Did we mention we wanted to make this easy for you? To make any changes to your CLEAN Subscription, head to the Manage Subscriptions in 'My Account' and make any changes you like. In addition, we will send you a reminder email 3 days prior to shipment to give you the ability to make changes. You can make changes up to 24 hours prior to the specified shipment date.
What if I want skip a shipment?
Super easy. Visit the Manage Subscription link in 'My Account' and click 'Edit'. Click the 'Skip Shipment' button to make changes. You can also adjust the frequency by clicking 'Edit' and clicking the 'Delivery Schedule'. Please Note: You will need to adjust changes to each product within your subscription bundle. The changes you make for one product will not apply to them all.
What if I ran out of my products and I want to get my CLEAN Subscription sooner?
YES!! We love this question. Visit the Manage Subscription tab in 'My Account' and click Edit on subscription products. Click 'Next Charge Date'. You can adjust your delivery date sooner. Please note: You will need to Edit the Next Charge Date on each of your subscription products individually. It will not Edit across your entire order.
Can I add orders to my CLEAN subscription to an existing order?
Always! In order to do this, you will need to log into your account and click into 'Manage Subscriptions'. On the Subscriptions tab you can click 'Edit' on any one of your subscription items. This will pull up our products that you can add on to any order. You can choose to add one time or subscribe for future orders.
CLEAN Subscription terms
CLEAN Subscription purchases will ship automatically based on the preferences in your Account. By clicking/checking the CLEAN Subscription, you are authorizing L'AVANT Collective to charge your credit card for future purchases based on the quantity and frequency you specified which can always be located in 'My Account'. You have the ability to change and/or cancel your subscription up to 24 hours prior to your specified shipment date. In addition, we will send a reminder email to you 3 days prior to shipment.
