What is the CLEAN Subscription Program?
The CLEAN subscription is a convenient set-it-and-forget-it way to receive your favorite L’AVANT products just when you need them. By subscribing, you save 15% off the regular price with each delivery. Completely customizable, you select your products and choose a 6-, 8-, or 12-week rotation for each. And you’ll get free shipping on orders over $30! Yahoo!
How do I join?
We’ve made it easy to get started. On the product page, you’ll see your delivery options in the Frequency drop-down menu. Simply select the timing that aligns with your cleaning needs, and we’ll take it from there. When you choose a delivery option and quantity, the reduced price will appear on the Subscribe Now button below your selection.
Can I make changes to my CLEAN subscription?
Absolutely! You can make changes up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled ship date. Just head to Manage Subscriptions in My Account. Click Edit and choose Delivery Schedule. In addition, we always send a reminder email three days prior to shipment in case you want to make a change before your next delivery. Note: You’ll need to make changes to each individual product within your subscription; the changes you make for one product apply to that item only.
How often can I get my CLEAN Subscription?
If you are like Kristi and cleaning up every hour - you get your subscription every 6 weeks. If you are like Lindsay, and spray down surfaces less often than the CDC recommends - you get your subscription every 12 weeks. Our program is completely customizable so that you choose every 6 weeks, every 8 weeks up or 12 weeks!
How do I get free shipping on subscription orders?
We offer free shipping in the Continental US on auto-renew orders over $30! Auto-renw orders in Alaska or Hawaii have a flat $20 shipping charge. We recommend bundling your subscription orders and order less frequently to get your free shipping. Free shipping on non-subscription orders is $100.
What if I want to skip a shipment?
That’s easy too. Again, visit the Manage Subscription link in My Account and click Edit.You’ll find a Skip Shipment button there.
I’m running out faster than I thought. Can I get my CLEAN subscription item sooner?
Yes! We love this question. Visit Manage Subscription in My Account. Click Edit, then Next Charge Date. You can adjust your delivery date here to get your product sooner.Remember to do this for each of your subscription items individually, as thechanges you make for one don’t apply to your entire order.
Can I add one time products to my CLEAN subscription to an existing order?
Always! Log into your account and then go to the product page of the product you want to add. You will have an option available on the product page to add to your upcoming subscription! Add as many one time items as you need.

By clicking/checking CLEAN Subscription, you are authorizing L’AVANT Collective to charge your credit card for future purchases based on the quantity and frequency you have specified. These details can always be found in My Account. You can change or cancel your subscription up to 24 hours prior to your designated ship date. You will receive a reminder email three days prior to each shipment.
